Choice of Accommodation
EPA! Español en Panama offers an excellent selection of accommodations to meet the needs of all students. All homestay accommodations used by the school have been inspected by a school accommodations officer and offer facilities of high standard.
We offer other types of accommodations that can be arranged on a timely basis, like apartments, hostels, and all type of hotels.
Accomodation – Prices
Homestays: With a Panamanian Family (or from another latin american culture).
For those who want to immerse in everyday Panamanian life and tradition, and enjoy family atmosphere and meals
The families which host EPA! students are selected on several criteria: location, quality of the lodging, furniture, equipment and food. Families are also selected on the basis of their hospitality and positive feedback from students. Although you will have your own keys to come and go as you please, you will have to respect some rules and schedules, especially for mealtimes.
It includes: Two meals per day (breakfast & dinner), private room
Placement fee: $50.00
Single room: $150.00 per week Double room: $95.00 per week (per student)
Extra night: $22.00 (single room) $14.00 per student (double room)
For Internet Access: $ 6.25 per week
Shared Apartment with Panamanians
Shared apartments are offered to EPA! by members of the local population who are eager to share their apartment with our students. As per homestay, this accommodation is carefully selected on a variety of criteria. This option gives you complete freedom and gives you access to all facilities, kitchen, bathroom, etc. This formula is an excellent solution for those looking for independence, but who still wish to practise Spanish at home. ( No meals included ).
Placement fee: $50.00
Single room: $100.00 per week Double room: $62.50 per week (per student)
Extra night: $ 15.00 (single room) $ 9.00 per student (double room)
For Internet Access: $ 6.25 per week
General Info
- The school can be easily reached by public transport (taxis).
- Half board meal (Breakfast & Dinner)
- All accommodations are booked from Saturday prior to the beginning of the course until Saturday
( noon) after if finishes.
- You are issued your own front door key. .
- There is a weekly cleaning of your room; bed linen is changed every week. Please bring your own
towels.
